Part Ⅰ Warm-up Activities
Useful Expressions
1. Remove the piston when the engine is out of order.
2. Remove the cylinder cover by engine room crane.
3. Prepare all tools for overhaul.
4. Stop the engine and close all inlet and outlet valves.
5. Dismantle the high pressure oil pipe and cylinder cooling water tube.
6. Unscrew bolts by means of hydraulic tools.
7. Open the manhole, unscrew bolts by means of special tools and carefully draw out the piston and rod.
8. Are crane and special tools available?
9. Dismantle the cylinder head and dismantle exhaust valve.
10. Close jacket . cooling valves and fuel oil inlet valves to the engine.
