摘要
,该厂日产700t熟料。采用石灰石、页岩、砂岩、铁粉四组分配料,并设定率值为KH=,SM=,IM=,熟料烧成热耗为3800kJ/kg熟料,混合材掺量矿渣为:15%,石膏为4%。水泥厂总平面设计采用“一”字形布置,采用露天堆场和圆库进行物料堆取,通过配料计算,结合各车间的工作制度,主机年利用率,进行了设备的选型;烧成系统设计中,本厂采用四级旋风预热器系统、RSP型分解炉,炉、窑用煤比为55﹕45,并合理利用废气余热。设计中进行了物料平衡、热平衡还有风量的计算,并对附属设备的选型,生料喂料系统、喂煤系统、废气收尘系统等工艺环节进行了较为详尽的说明。

Abstract
This paper is the design instruction of a factory producing intensity ordinary portland cement including general layout and burning system design. Factory production capacity is 700 t/d. Used of limestone, sandstone, shale, and iron ponent ingredients, and the rate is KH = , SM = , IM = . Consuming heat can get to 3800kJ/kg and mixed materials for the slag content is 15%, the gypsum content is 4%. General layout is used linear programing. Using open yard and round reservoir storage materials. Through the data ponents calculation select main equipments. In the firing system design ,the plant by four cyclone preheater, RSP-type calciner. The ratio use of coal between calciner and rotary kiln is 55:45 and use of waste heat suitablly. Calculated for heat balance,material balance , the wind flow results, and selected ancillary equipment ,raw material feeding systems, coal feeding system. Process of collecting exhaust system have also carried out a more detailed description.
