1 目的Objective
在对所有的顾客在质量、服务(包括时间安排和交付)及价格方面、产品和过程特性(尤其是特殊特性)和质量体系等方面作持续改进,以确保更加全面满足所有顾客要求,不断提高顾客满意程度和本公司的质量目标。
Continuous improvement should be made in respect to the quality, service (including the time and delivery), price, product & process characteristics (especially special characteristics) and quality system, so as to meet the customers’ more extensive requirements and to enhance the customers’ satisfaction and AICQ’s quality objectives.
2 适用范围Applicable Scope
适用于本公司产品经营生产全过程和支持服务活动的持续改进。
This is applicable to the continuous improvement of the whole operation processes and support services of AICQ products.
3 职责Responsibility
总经理确定全公司性的持续改进目标和批准计划;
The General Manager shall decide pany-wide objectives of continuous improvement and approve the plans.
质量部负责组织制订和实施持续改进计划,并验证持续改进计划的执行效果;
The Quality Department is responsible for formulating and implementing the continuous improvement plans and verifying the effects.
各相关部门负责执行和实施持续改进的具体行动计划。
The other departments concerned are responsible for putting the continuous improvement plans into practical implementation and application.
4 工作程序Work Procedures
持续改进项目的提出Present the continuous improvement project
总经理可指定全公司性的持续改进项目及目标。
The General Manager shall decide pany-wide objectives of continuous improvement and approve the plans.
每个部门每年至少提出1项持续改进项目。
