前列腺增生患者用药依从性及影响因素研究
老年良性前列腺增生患者用药依从性及影响因素的横断面调查研究
目的:了解我院老年良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者用药依从性现状和分析影响依从性的因素。
方法:采用横断面调查的方法,调查我院良性前列腺增生患者用药依从性现状,并采用多因素logistic回归的方法分析用药依从性的影响因素。
结果:共纳入406例BPH患者,%(192/406)患者用药依从性良好,%依从性差。单因素分析显示,影响用药依从性的因素为患者年龄、教育程度、婚姻状况、IPSS评分、服药种类和合并其他疾病(P<),多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:影响用药依从性的因素为教育程度、婚姻状况、IPSS评分和服药种类。
结论:BPH患者服药依从性不高,教育程度、婚姻状况、IPSS评分和服药种类影响患者用药依从性。建议开展健康教育、加强患者心理护理和建立用药依从性随访制度以提高用药依从性。
A cross-sectional study on pliance and influence factors of medication adherence in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital Objective: To understand the current status of pliance in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and analyze the factors affecting pliance;
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the pliancein elderly patients and analyze theinfluence factors
using logistic regression analysis.
Results: A total of 406 hospitalized elderly patients were included. % patients werewith good pliance, while % with pliance. Univariate analysis showed that age, education level, marital status, IPSS score, drug type, orbidities were statistically significant with the pliance (P<). The result of logistic regression analysiseducation level, marital status, IPSS score and medicine type could affect pliance.
Conclusion: pliance rate of patients with BPH is generally not high, education level, marital status, IPSS score and type of drug could pliance. Health education, strengthen the psychological care of patients and establishment of follow-up system for pliance were mended to improve pliance.
良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)是引起中老年男性排尿障碍原因中最为常见的一种良性疾病[1]。BPH是中老年男性中较为常见的疾病,50岁男性中高达40%患有BPH,而在90岁以上老年男性中患病率高达90%[2]。BPH会造成长期排尿困难、血尿、反复尿潴留,对于患者的物质生活和精神生活都带来极度不便,严重影响患者生活质量。对于有中重度症状而缺乏手术指征的患者,药物治疗作为常规方法,在控制BPH中起着重要
作用[3,4]。用药依从性的高低,直接影响患者的治疗效果,故在BPH
治疗过程中,需重视患者依从性的问题,本研究采用横断面调查研究方法了解我院BPH患者用药依从性现状及影响因素,为提高用药依从性和最大限度发挥药物治疗效果提供依据。
