摘要
该文主要介绍了针对我系以往学生没有做过花式纱的现状而尝试以芯纱()、饰纱(棉/牛奶60/40混纺578tex)及固纱()三种线组合在一起在HFXA-7型花式捻线机上纺制大肚纱的纺纱原理、仿制方法、原料的选择依据、用到设备的型号和工艺参数设置。根据在生产过程中遇到的问题而提出了解决措施;分析了大肚纱的捻度、牵伸倍数、速比对大肚纱质量的影响以及提出控制好毛羽的产生是提高大肚纱质量的重要环节。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the core yarn (gold and silver yarn of Tex), act the role of yarn (cotton/milk 60/40 blending 578 Tex) and solid yarn (polyester filament Tex) three lines together in HFXA - 7 fancy twisting machine spinning pot-bellied yarn spinning principle, the generic method, selection of raw materials on the basis of used equipment model and process parameter Settings. According to the problems in the process of production and the solution measures are put forward; Analyzed the pot-bellied yarn twist of the draft ratio for knocked up the influence of yarn quality and control thehairiness of yarn quality is to improve a bigger important link.
