复配淀粉基高吸水性树脂的制备

摘要采用氧化淀粉—丙烯酸— AMPS 接枝共聚物和交联羧甲基淀粉进行复配, 将两种原料按配比经混合、糊化、制片、粉碎、筛分制得
复配高吸水性树脂成品。试验表明, 最佳制备条件为: 氧化淀粉—丙烯酸— AMPS 接枝共聚物与交联羧甲基淀粉的质量比为8 , 糊化时的
加水量为500 g/ g , 糊化25 min, 制片温度为150 ℃。该产品将两种淀粉组分的优缺点互补, 生产成本低、安全性好, 吸生理盐水的倍率为
60 ~100 倍, 能在15 min 内全部被酶解。

Abstract Oxi dized starch– crylic acid – AMPS graft copolymer and crosslinked carboxymethyl starch pounded . Two ki nds of materials were
used to prepare a kind pound high water-absorbing resin production through mixing , gelatinizi ng , maki ng section, crushing and sieving by certai n
