内容简介
不了解中国古代的宗教,就不可能真正了解中国传
统文化;而中国古代宗教的独特之处,就在于它形成了并
长期保持着儒、佛、道三元一体的复合型宗教体制。陶弘
景就是由发展道教而参与缔造这一三元一体宗教体制的
重要人物。本书结合中华民族的文化基因和魏晋南北朝
的时代特征,钩稽文献,仔细考证了陶弘景的生平事迹,
纠正了前人的若干误会误传,并探讨了陶弘景的哲学、宗
教、科学、艺术思想及成就,对其在中国文化史上的独特
地位作了新的评判。加上附传对缔造道教及三元一体宗
教体制的先驱寇谦之、陆修静的生平与思想的重新厘定,
就对道教以及三元一体宗教体制在东晋南北朝时期的成
型过程作了一个简明扼要的勾画,从而可能使我们对中
