酯交换法合成丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯

摘要: 采用二丁基二月桂酸锡为催化剂,以二甲氨基乙醇和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,常压下反应及减
压蒸馏分离,用酯交换方法合成丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯. 通过实验考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反
应时间等反应条件对反应的影响. 结果表明:二丁基二月桂酸锡是合成丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的优
良催化剂;在优化条件下,产率达到 90. 46 % , 纯度 99. 2 % ;催化剂可重复使用.

Synthesis of Dimethylaminoethyl Acrylate by Transesterif ication

Abstract : U sing dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst ,dimet hylaminoet hanol and met hyl acrylate as raw
materials , react under normal pressure , t hen separate t hrough pression distillation , and
transesterify to synthesize dimethylaminoethyl acrylate. The affection of t he reaction conditions ,
such as t he amount of catalyst , t he ratio of t he original materials , and t he reaction time on t he
reaction were investigated. Result s show t hat dibutyltin dilaurate is a high active and stable
catalyst . The yield and p urity of product can reach 90. 46 % and 99. 2 % respectively under t he
optimized conditions.
