摘要
项目管理是近年来发展起来的一个管理学科的新领域,是伴随社会建设和管理大型项目的需要而产生的。项目管理在当今社会中的用途非常广泛。项目管理也是管理学科的一个重要组成部分,是随着项目的发展而不断前进和完善的。项目管理作为关系到国家经济和企业发展的重要因素,已经越来越收到大家的关注和重视。在当今快速和多元化发展的知识经济时代,越来越多的项目开发和项目活动逐渐占据了越来越大的比重,项目开发与实施已经成为了最主要的生产运营方式。目前项目质量管理对厂房建筑工程中的应用也起到重要的作用。如何保质保量地完成改造任务就成为综合整治计划的重要课题。项目管理的核心内容包括项目进度管理、项目质量管理和项目投资管理。由于厂房建筑项目具有较大投资,技术要求高,资源耗量大的特点,历来是哈尔滨盛新公司的重点工程,所以建设项目的质量不仅关系到公司的有效使用,而且还关系到公司的发展,成为公司真正收益的实事工程。
本文从项目管理的总体知识体系入手,着重分析了项目质量管理的全过程,系统地介绍了项目、项目管理和项目质量管理的基本概念和管理方法, 对项目质量管理中涉及到的项目质量策划,项目质量控制,项目质量保证,项目质量改进等问题,进行了分析与研究。最后通过对项目质量管理在哈尔滨市盛新公司厂房建筑工程中的应用进行了解析, 希望能够通过对这两个实际案例的分析和说明,总结经验教训,对下一步的工作起到改善作用。
