Methods and Work Flows of Domestic Payment Collection
International payment settlement section (IPSS) in finance department can facilitate payment settlement procedures in accordance with operation methods of import payment settlement, after receiving payment from customers (expect deposit under special circumstances) or a certain amount of advanced payment, that can be considered pletion of domestic payment.
1 Collection, submission of documents
Document establishing person in IPSS of finance department will exchange foreign currencies into RMB according to exchange rate on current date issued by Bank of China, after receiving payment settlement sheet of imports goods of CASC (hereinafter called payment settlement sheet) filled by various divisions.
IPSS shall calculate premium (if have insurance) according to insurance terms of the contract, and fill in the payment settlement sheet.
IPSS keeps one sheet of payment settlement sheet, and give other two sheets (three sheets if have insurance) (Division 1, and 3 provides the second and the sixth sheet, division 2 provides the second and the fifth sheet) to domestic payment settlement section of finance
