摘要
随着互联网的发展,企业希望人力资源管理系统实现系统化、规范化、自动化的要求,而在人力资源管理系统中,工资管理占到了举足轻重的地位。本系统分析了当前比较成熟的人力资源管理系统中存在的问题和具有的优点,明确了PHPthinking人力资源管理系统-工资管理模块的需求。在此基础上,对工资管理模块的权限管理、工资信息管理、工资在线支付进行了设计和实现。本系统在实际使用中操作简单、实用性强和维护方便,能解决当前企业最关键和最关注的工资管理问题,以实现公司人力资源管理的网络化。
