本科毕业论文 题目:溶胶凝胶法制备Fe2O3-TiO2表面膜及其性能研究 摘要 TiO2薄膜是众多氧化物半导体薄膜中研究最为广泛的一种材料,其表面的超亲水性和自清洁效应开辟了光催化功能薄膜材料新的研究领域。 本文以钛酸丁酯为钛源,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了可与水以任意比例混合,并可直接涂覆使用的掺铁的TiO2溶胶。%的TiO2的光催化性;%的TiO2的亲水性;%的TiO2薄膜的晶相结构;通过光学电镜测试研究了掺铁前后TiO2薄膜的表面形貌特征。 研究结果表明:%(摩尔比)的TiO2镀膜层数为3层、,温度为500℃时,所制备出的薄膜致密均匀,光滑透明且不开裂;紫外光照后,薄膜具有超亲水性和较强的光催化活性。 关键词:纳米TiO2薄膜;溶胶-凝胶法;自清洁性 Abstract TiO2 film is many oxide semiconductor in film studies the most extensive a kind of material, the surface of super hydrophilic and clean effect since opened up a photocatalytic function film material new research area.
