三苯胺类空穴传输材料的制备

空穴传输材料是有机电致发光器件的重要组成部分, 苯胺的腙类物质电离能较低, 具有良好的给电子性是一类很有发展前途的空穴传输材料。以二苯胺为原料,经过亚硝化,还原,缩合合成出1,1二苯肼,近而与芳香醛反应分别制备三苯胺甲醛二苯腙和二乙基苯甲醛二苯腙,通过DSC以及红外测量确定了这类物质。以这种腙类物质为空穴传输材料,将它溶解与一定量的树脂中,涂布于涂有Y-TiOPc;电荷产生层的基材,.板基使用的预涂尼龙绝缘层的铝板基,烘干后,进行性能检测。比较其它的传输材料,发现这种腙类物质具有良好的静电成像参数。

Cavity transmission material is the very important part anic film caused apparatus .The hydyne of phenylamine is promising cavity transfer material because of its low ionization energy and good capability of presenting electron. 。1, 1- diphenylhydrazine was synthesized from diphenylamine by nitration,reduction and condensation. 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde diphenylhydrazone was synthesized by the reaction between 1, 1-diphenylhydrazine and 4- we can get ethide-benzaldehyde-benzene-hydyne and triphenylamine-formaldehyde-benzen-hydyne .Thought DSC and infrared detection confirm that kind of hydyne .Make the hydyne as hole transfer material, and solve it in certain spread it on the generate layer which its material is Y-TiOpc,the generate layer spread on the board .The board is aluminium which have been spread nylon insulating barrier in advance. After drying detect its behaviour , compared with other transfer material, we can find that kind of hydyne have good parameter of electrostatic imaging.
