内蒙古某难选铅锌矿选矿研究

摘要:为了解决某铅锌选矿厂生产过程中铅精矿“掉槽”及“涨肚”现象,提高选矿指标,根据原矿性质及
结合现场已有生产流程,本试验对铅锌优先浮选流程进行了详细的选矿试验研究,通过在球磨中添加捕收剂及大量石
灰,提高入选品位,快速浮选,缓解了铅精矿“掉槽”及“涨肚”现象,得到了含铅 %、含锌 %、铅回收
率 % 的铅精矿和含锌 %、含铅 %、锌回收率 %的锌精矿。

Mineral processing research on difficult dressing lead-zinc ore in Inner Mongolia

Abstract: In order to improve the dressing index of a lead -zinc ore flotation and avoid the
phenomenon of“ off slot” and“ belly up”, the research based on ore properties and on -site production
process is conducted,feed grade is improved and quick flotation is achieved by adding collector and a large
quantity of lime in ball mill. Lead concentrate with % lead, % zinc and lead recovery of ,
and zinc concentrate with % zinc, % lead and zinc recovery of % are obtained.
