摘 要
伴随着中国经济的快速发展和全球经济的一体化，中国的经济在国际市场上面临着越来越多的机遇和挑战，中国的汽车企业从20世纪80年代以来通过引进积极参与经济全球化，利用低成本优势和巨大的市场潜力吸引了众多的海外投资者。中国正在成为全球最大的汽车制造中心之一。在汽车跨国公司的全球分工体系中，中国汽车工业整体处于加工制造环节，只能在世界汽车工业的价值链中获取较小的利益。正是在竞争和发展的压力下，中国汽车产业正在逐步迈出创立自主品牌和国际化的经营步伐。2008年岁末，由美国次贷危机引发的金融风暴席卷全球主要经济体，其中汽车业已成为受影响最大、最直接的行业之一。美国三大汽车公司销售大幅下滑，无一幸免地陷入了困境，就连一向凯歌高奏的丰田汽车也遇到了巨大挑战，对未来发展表示出了前所未有的谨慎；国际市场资产价格短短数月已经出现大幅缩水。这一切似乎都让羽翼渐丰的中国汽车企业充满了完成惊天交易的遐想和憧憬，而同时过去遭受挫折的经历却似乎又令其举步不前。本文从研究中国汽车企业海外并购的现状出发，通过系统的了解横向海外并购和纵向海外并购中中国汽车企业的具体情况，进而发现了很多的优势及不足，以及对于中国汽车企业的影响，进而针对这些问题提出一些建议和应对措施。
