热处理对ZA52一xNd镁合金组织及性能的影响

摘要:采用金相显微镜、x射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和电子万能试验机等手段,研究了T6处理(固溶+时效)对ZA52-xNd镁
合金显微组织、断口形貌及力学性能等影响。试验结果表明:与铸态相比,ZA52镁合金经335℃x16h+l75℃x12h热处理
后,随着Nd含量的增加合金的抗拉强度呈现与之相同的变化趋势(先上升后下降),但是抗拉强度较铸态有明显提高,而伸
长率有所下降。%Nd时,抗拉强度和伸长率均达到最大值,分别为233MPa,%。经过时效处理后,合
(A1,zn) 相沿晶界连续或不连续析出,起到了晶界强化和弥散强化的作用。
