补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死恢复期临床观察

摘    要:
目的研究分析补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死恢复期临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象, 签署知情同意书, 随机分为实验组和对照组, 每组50例。对照组仅给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗, 实验组在对照组基础上, 配合补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗, 1个月后比较两组患者的神经功能损伤评分、生活自理能力以及临床疗效。结果两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均下降、自理能力明显改善, 但实验组的临床效果明显好于对照组(P<) 。结论补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死恢复期疗效显著, 可在临床进一步推广。

Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu bined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the recovery of cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study. Informal consent was signed. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ( n = 50) . In the control group, aspirin enteric-coated tablets were given only. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was given Buyang Huanwu bined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
