摘要采用低熔点材料如聚烯烃弹性体聚烯烃塑性体茂金属聚乙烯与三元共聚聚丙烯

(PP)共混作为热封层,并添加适量的爽滑剂克服薄膜发黏的问题,采用三层共挤流延法制备了高性能气调保鲜用流
延聚丙烯热封膜结果表明采用作为低温热封材料时与三元共聚的相容性较好增韧效果明

Abstract:Polyolefin elastomer (POE),polyolefin plastomer,metallocene polyethylene blended
with polypropylene terpolymer as low-temperature heat-sealing layer,heat sealing polypropylene
casting films for modified atmosphere packaging were prepared via three-layer co-extrusion casting
showed that the properties of obtained films met the requirements,and their heat-
sealing temperature was under 102℃,while the heat-sealing layer posed of polypropylene
