摘要
随着我国市场竞争的加剧,科技的飞速发展和人们生活节奏的不断加快,社会环境瞬息万变,工程施工行业已逐步成为微利行业,随着利润空间的减小,管理正从粗放型管理向精细化管理转变,而各工程项目所涉及的不确定因素却日益增多,面临的风险也越来越多,风险所导致的损失也越来越大,风险成为项目成功与失败的一个重要因素。由于人们渴望项目的成功,不断探寻项目成功的奥秘,这促使科研人员与实际管理人员从理论和实践上重视对工程项目的风险管理。如果不能有效的管理、控制这些风险,就会给项目带来各种不同程度的损失。因此,本文将就工程项目风险管理问题进行探讨,并探索规避和化解项目风险、降低风险损失的有效途径和具体措施。

Abstract
With the petition intensifies, the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerating pace of life, social environment vary from minute to minute, the construction industry has gradually e a low profit industries, with the decrease of profits, management is the change from extensive management to fine management, and the project involved the uncertain factors are increasing, facing more and more risks, the risk causes the loss is more and more big, risk is an important factor in the ess or failure of the project. The desire for the ess of the project, we explore the secret of ess of the project, so the researchers and practical managers pay attention to the risk management of the project from the theory and practice. If not effectively manage, and control these risks, it will bring different degree of damage to the project. Therefore, risk management of project is discussed in this paper, the effective ways and specific measures and the exploration of avoiding and resolving project risk, reduce the risk of loss.
