摘要


随着我国建筑行业的发展和进步,对建筑材料的质量提出了越来
越严格的要求,同时,对建筑材料质量的评价和监管也提出了越来越
高的要求。科学、合理的评价建筑材料的质量,进而形成建筑材料质
量指数体系是建筑材料质量监管工作的重点之一。考虑建筑材料质量
评价的特殊性,以及多指标综合评价在多个领域的成功实践,运用它
来构建建筑材料质量评价模型不仅是一种可能,更是选择的必然。
论文介绍了建筑材料质量评价、多指标综合评价以及质量指数的
研究现状,通过对建筑材料的质量内涵的界定,整合多指标综合评价
中探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、指标权重主客观法、指标值效
用函数及无量纲化等方法的不同特点,结合传统质量等级判定的标准
和规则,构建了建筑材料质量评价模型,并在此基础上计算建筑材料
抽检样本的质量得分,进而形成建筑材料质量指数体系。
文中重点研究了建筑材料质量评价模型构建的过程,包括指标预
处理、质量评价层次结构图的构建与检验、指标权重的构成与计算、
指标值效用化及其并合法则以及样本质量得分的计算,并给出具体的

ABSTRACT


With the development and progress of building trades in China,
ever-higher demands are brought forward to the Building Materials
Quality (BMQ), as well as to the quality evaluation and supervision. To
evaluate BMQ scientifically and reasonably and thus integrate a Quality
Index (QI) system is one of the most important job in building materials
quality supervision and management. Considering the characteristics of
building materials, bined with the application of Multi Objective
Comprehensive Evaluation (MOCE) in different fields essfully, it is
possible and inevitable to construct the Building Materials Quality
Evaluation (BMQE) model using MOCE.
This paper introduces the research achievements of BMQE, MOCE
and QI systematically first. And then based on the general definition to
BMQ, as well as the criterions and rules of traditional quality evaluation
method, this paper constructs a BMQE model according to the integration
of various methods in MOCE, such as Exploary Factor Analysis (EFA),
Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), objective and subjective weights
making methods, effective functions and non measurement of variables.
Moreover, this poses the BMQI system by calculating the
Quality Score (QS) for samples using this mode
