1700清洗机组步进梁结构设计
摘要
近年来,冷轧带钢生产技术的发展主要是通过以下几个方面来提高自动化程度,以及改进轧机结构和生产工艺等。其中包括增加钢卷重量,提高机组和轧机的速度,不断采用新工艺、新设备等工艺改进。我国冷轧宽带钢得生产始于1960年,首先建立了1700mm单机可逆式冷轧机,70年代投产了我国第一套1700mm连续式无机架冷轧机,到2000年我国已建成8套冷连轧机,6套单机架可逆冷轧机,主要生产碳素冷轧板卷;并建成11套多辊冷轧机,生产电工钢及不锈钢冷轧板卷。
步进梁主要应用在冷轧各组的进出料运输和过跨运输。该结构具有行走、升降、等功能,设计结构紧凑,操作稳定,自动化程度高等优点。

Abstract
In recent years, the development of cold-rolled strip production technology mainly through the following aspects to enhance the degree of automation, and improved mill structure and production technologies. Including increased coil weight, increase the speed of rolling mill unit and continuously adopt new technology, new equipment, process improvement. China's production of cold rolled wide strip was started in 1960, first established 1700mm Single Reversing Cold Rolling Mill, 70 years of our first set put into continuous no rack 1700mm cold rolling mill, by 2000, China pleted eight sets of cold rolling mill, 6 sets of single stand cold rolling mill, the main production of carbon cold-rolled coils; and built 11 sets of multi-roll cold rolling mill, production of electrical steel and stainless steel cold rolled coils
Walking beam is mainly used in cold and out of each group had cross-feed transport and transport. The structure of walking, lifting, and other functions, design, compact structure, stable operation automatization
