针对我国的大部分作物移栽仍然由人工完成,机械化程度低的现象,系统研究了移栽机栽植机构的设计问题,包括机构选型、机构运动学分析、虚拟样机研究与运动周期匹配,将相应理论研究成果用于指导移栽机栽植机构的设计。论文取得以下成果:
(1)按照打穴栽植与零速植苗运动要求,提出了一种摆线形栽植轨迹,并引入了设计参数λ。在此基础上,设计了平行四边形机构、六连杆机构、转臂行星轮机构与齿轮连杆凸轮机构四种新型移栽机栽植机构,并优选出了齿轮连杆凸轮栽植机构与行星轮转臂式栽植机构作为所设计的栽植机构,分别适应单臂低速自走式移栽机和多臂高速乘坐式移栽机。
(2)以齿轮连杆凸轮栽植机构为研究对象,建立了机构运动学方程,并在Adams中仿真分析了机构不同结构下的栽植轨迹,确定了影响栽植轨迹主要因素,按照“零速投苗”要求建立了栽植频率与栽植株距的关系模型,以该模型为设计依据通过ADAMS运动仿真实验,结合蔬菜株距要求确定了齿轮连杆凸轮栽植机构结构参数。
(3)以行星轮转臂式栽植机构为研究对象,建立了机构运动学方程,确定了影响栽植轨迹主要因素,按“零速投苗”要求建立了栽植株距的理论计算模型,同时根据栽植器对称布置的装配条件、栽植姿态与蔬菜株距要求,优选了齿轮的齿数与模数,并在Adams中对上述参数进行了验证。

Title: Vegetables pot seedling transplanter planting mechanism design
Abstract:
Most of our crops for transplanting are still done by hand and low level of mechanization. Combined with "three agricultural engineering" project, this thesis investigates some issues on planting mechanism design selection, kinematics analysis, Virtual Prototyping and exercise period match. The pre-theoretical research results will be used to guide the design of several types of planting mechanism .The following work has been plished.
(1) Considering the requirements of the locus of planting mechanism, proposed a set linear planting locus. Designed several transplanted planting mechanism, and finally selected a gear-cam-link planting mechanism and a ary Gear planting mechanism.
(2)Taking the gear-cam-link planting mechanism as the study object. Built the kinematics models of the gear-cam-link planting mechanism. To determine the main factors affecting the planting locus in different structural parameters of the gear-cam-link planting mechanism in ADAMS. The structural parameters of the gear-cam-link planting mechanism were optimized by the model of Zero Speed Seeding and the requirements of vegetable spacing in the Adams;
