【】目的探讨x连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(xiap)在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中表达的意义及动脉介入化疗对宫颈鳞状细胞癌(xiap)表达的影响。方法选取50例宫颈鳞癌患者介入化疗前后宫颈组织,以30例正常宫颈组织为对照,采用免疫组化染色sp法检测xiap表达水平的变化,采用dna缺口原位末端标记法(tunel)检测细胞凋亡指数(ai)。结果xiap在宫颈鳞癌细胞的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织(p ),且在低分化癌组织中表达明显高于高、中分化癌组织,ⅲ期鳞癌明显高于ⅱ期(p ),介入化疗前xiap表达水平明显高于介入化疗后(p ),而介入化疗前ai明显低于介入化疗后(p )。结论xiap在宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起着重要作用,动脉介入化疗可能通过有效下调xiap表达,从而诱导宫颈鳞癌细胞凋亡。
