Abstract: Boiler start-up system is one of the key technologies in super-critical unit, this paper gives a brief introduction to the start-up system of the three major domestic boilers and a detaild analysis on the different types of separators of ultra-supercritical unit start-up system, reveals the technical features for the different types, focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the start-up system with recirculation pump, and gives the customer some good information about how to choose the start-up system.

摘要:锅炉启动系统是超超临界机组的关键技术之一,本文简单介绍了国内三大锅炉厂的锅炉启动系统,通过对超超临界机组启动系统中不同类型的汽水分离器进行了分析对比,揭示了不同类型的技术特点,着重分析了带再循环泵的启动系统的特点,为用户进行启动系统选型提供了参考建议。

随着我国电力市场的发展,电站项目朝高参数、大容量的方向发展已是大势所趋。近年来超临界锅炉技术在国内得到了迅速的发展和应用[1,2]。超临界机组中的锅炉都是直流炉,与汽包锅炉相比在控制上有其特殊性。最显著的区别是,在直流路中没有汽包将给水控制系统与汽温控制系统和燃烧控制系统隔离开来。锅炉启动系统是超临界机组的关键技术之一,与汽机旁路系统是保证机组安全、经济启停、低负荷运行及妥善进行事故处理的重要手段[3]。超超临界机组的启动主要是使汽轮机在不超过允许的热应力和振动的情况下实现快速启动,锅炉方面主要配合汽轮机的启动要求。本文介绍了超临界直流锅炉的两种基本启动系统和直流锅炉启动过程的主要问题,并分析了带循环泵启动系统的特点,来研究超超临界机组的启动过程的控制,具有一定的借鉴作用。
