热处理工艺对C46500黄铜脱锌腐蚀性能的影响

摘要: :C46500黄铜挤压坯为α+β两相组织,经高温退火处理后,组织中β相向α相转变,在480℃时,固溶度达到极值,且β相由网状结构向等轴状转变;C46500黄铜经480℃+6 h退火处理后,具有良好的抗脱锌腐蚀性能.

Abstract: The paper research effects of heat treatment on microstructure and dezincification corrosion properties of C46500 results confirm that the extrusion microstructure has α and β phases, the β?phase transform to α?phase by the high temperature annealing treatment,the solubility reaches extremes at 480℃.And work microstructure of anized changes to anization by high temperature annealing; the material of C46500 brass has good anti?dezincification property after 480
℃+6 h annealing treatment.

0前言
C46500黄铜被广泛应用于飞机上的接头零件,舰船上的小五金、螺栓、螺母、阀杆、冷凝器管和焊条等[1].同时,C46500黄铜具有良好的热加工性和耐腐蚀性能,且铅的质量分数<%,成为饮用水系环保阀门的理想材料[2].C46500黄铜在使用过程中,存在脱锌腐蚀现象,将导致构件出现微裂纹,甚至开裂,,,为提高其抗腐蚀能力提供理论指导.
