安徽省高校教师体育锻炼现状与对策
摘要:文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法。对安徽省高校教师体育锻炼现状进行了抽样调查,并对获得有关体育锻炼频率与时间、主要形式、时段、项目、场所和对体育锻炼经济投入及体育锻炼动机、体育锻炼认知和体育锻炼态度等方面的数据进行了比较分析,提出了增进高校教师健康的对策和建议。
