[摘要] 经济全球化的日益深入发展使得任何一个国家和企业都面临着激烈的市场竞争。未来的世界市场不再是企业与企业的竞争,而是供应链与供应链的竞争,它是一种过程性的竞争模式,而非一种结构性的竞争模式。联想集团通过运用先进的信息化技术和实施高效的运作流程,使得联想集团的供应链基本实现了敏捷,但其供应链还存在些许不足。本文运用文献分析和实际调查的方法,首先,对供应链的概念、结构模型及特点进行了阐述。其次,对联想集团的现状进行了分析,在分析的基础上从采购、运营、配送、整合四个方面,分析了联想集团供应链存在的问题。最后,从不同角度提出了完善联想集团供应链的对策,即构建一体化采购运作体系、有效进行全球采购、准确营运与供应商共赢、实施以顾客为核心的物流配送、整合供应链流程、采用一流三网同步模式。本文旨在提高联想集团供应链的整体水平,对促进联想集团竞争力具有重要的理论和现实意义。

[Abstract] The increasing deep development of economic globalization makes any country and business face with fierce petition. The future of the world market is no longer petition between business and business, but petition between supply chain and supply chain , it is a kind of petition mode, rather than a kind of petition mode. Lenovo Group makes its supply chain basically achieve agility through the use of advanced information technology and the implementation of efficient operational process, but there are still some inadequacies in the supply chain. In this paper, we used the method of literature analysis and practical investigation. First of all, we described the conception of supply chain, structural mode and its characteristics. Secondly, we studied the status of Lenovo Group .on the basis of the study we analyze the problems in the supply chain of Lenovo Group from the following four aspects: procurement, operation, distribution, integration .Finally, we put forward the strategies of improving the supply chain of Lenovo Group from different angles, that is: operating an integrated procurement system, implementing global procurement effectively , operating accurately and establishing a win-win situation with suppliers, implementing logistics distribution in which customers are the core, integrating supply chain processes and adopting synchronous mode .This paper aims to improve the overall level of the supply chain of Lenovo Group and plays an important theoretical and practical
