聚类分析技术在造纸法再造烟叶原料配方中的应用

摘要:选取生产造纸法再造烟叶所用的 24 种再造烟叶原料,同时进行蒸馏萃取/气相色谱/质谱分析,对分析结果采用
DPS 软件进行模糊聚类分析。结果显示,24 种原料能明显的分为两类,烟梗和烟碎片能明显的分开,各自聚为一类,并且
同一地区的原料,其相似程度越接近。选取上述原料做对比,评吸结果与分析结果基本吻合。

Abstract: 24 raw material samples of paper-making reconstituted o were selected and analyzed by SDE-GC/MS, and the data
were classified using cluster analysis by DPS software. The result shows that the samples could be classified as two different
categories. o stem and o scrap belonged to different categories. Samples from same region were more similar. After the
smoke panel test, the sensory result was in accord with the analytic result.
