Abstract
Pharmaceutical Polymer Science is the important interdisciplinary incorporated from Polymer Science and Life Science. Pharmaceutical Polymers play significant roles in the R&D and production of modern pharmaceutical dosage forms. They also contribute to the improvement of the quality of pharmaceuticals and to the development of novel drug delivery systems.
Film material is the basis of forming drug film carrier, also play dispersion, support role of other substances.
After film being formed, the strength and flexibility of PVA meet the requirements and application. Further it has extensive application as biomedical is proved low-toxicity and no pungency by security experiment.
In this thesis, we choose PVA as parent metal. Depending on the design of molecule, it is modified by maleic anhydride and glutaraldehyde which are patible. The film with a certain period of time water-solubility and mechanical property is charactered with it; the films loaded with different dosage of medicine were prepared. At last, we studied the films' solubility, mechanical properties, patibility, stability, UV degradation et al.

Be modified by maleic anhydride , The results showed: When the concentration of PVA is 8%, the degree of cros slinking is 7%,the content of H+ is ,reactive temperature is 90℃,and the reaction time of the system is four hours, the films' solute time
is 720s, elongation at break is 456%, tensile strength is . The films' elongation at break is added to 579% when add glycerol.
Be modified by glutaraldehyde which is patible. The results showed: When the concentration of PVA is 8%, the rate of cross linking is 6% and the reaction time of the system is eight hours, the films' solute time is 512s, elongation at break is %, tensile strength is .
