内蒙古某低品位钼矿选矿工艺试验研究①

摘要: 对内蒙古某低品位钼矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用一段粗磨矿、粗精矿再磨再选的工艺流程,在原矿含 Mo 0. 084% ,含 Cu
0. 0231%的条件下,能获得含 Mo 49. 87%、回收率 88. 84%的钼精矿和含 Cu 2. 64%、回收率 68. 40%的铜中矿。采用合理的药剂制
度,在不使用水玻璃作调整剂的情况下,解决了钼选厂尾矿不沉降的问题,取得了理想的试验效果。同时实现了铜精矿的富集,提
高了钼精矿的品质,增加了矿山经济效益。

Experimental Study on Processing Technology of Low Grade
M olybdenum Ore from Inner M ongolia

Abstract: Experimental study on a low grade molybdenum ore from InnerMongolia was taken. The low grade molybdenum
ore containing 0. 084% ofMo and 0. 0231% of Cu, a flowsheet consisting of a p rimary grinding and a second stage fine
grinding of rough concentrate and a reasonable reagent system were adop ted, a molybdenum concentrate with a Mo grade
and recovery of 49. 87% and 88. 84% , respectively, and a copper m iddlings with a Cu grade and recovery of 2. 64% and
68. 40% , respectively, were obtained. Ideal experimental effect can be obtained and the p recip itation p roblem of tailings
can therewith be resolved, while no water glasswas used as the regulator. The enrichment of copperm ine
