A Framework and Application of Measuring Customer Satisfaction Based on Customer Value and tactic analysis
Abstract: the paper has a deep insight on the existing customer satisfaction. The authors put forward a new framework of measuring customer satisfaction by introducing customer value, which includes four stages: research of customer satisfaction, research of customer value, survey, and analysis for tactic.
