摘要
企业管理人员作为企业战略规划和决策的执行者,一个企业的管理者正确的决策与有效的执行是非常重要的,对企业成长过程中所出现的问题进行对策分析更是重中之重。本文对结合当今企业的一些招聘与培训现象,对企业在管理人员的选拔和培训方进行简要阐述。重点分析企业管理人员选拔和培训过程存在的问题,并对相应的对策进行论证分析。一方面从企业管理角度,提出企业在选拔管理人员过程中容易出现的问题及对策进行分,为企业选拔到优秀的管理者提供建设性依据。另一方面从企业发展的角度,分析当前企业培训存在的问题,同时对问题的解决策略进行辩证分析。最后对文章所述问题进行了总结,阐述了对文章全面展开研究所具备的意义和价值。

Abstract
Enterprise management personnel as the executor of the enterprise strategic planning and decision-making, the management of an enterprise correct decision-making and effective implementation is very important, in the process of enterprise growth analysis of countermeasures for the problems is Paramount.
