摘要
EPC总承包模式是近年来国际上较为流行的工程总承包模式,在以大型装置或工艺过程为主要核心技术的工业建设领域,EPC总承包模式得到了广泛的应用。在EPC模式下,总承包商工程承包范围扩大,工程招标时的不确定性增加,承包商与业主签订固定工期和总价的总承包合同并且EPC合同偏向于将施工过程中可能产生的绝大多数风险分配给了承包方。所以,总承包商的风险管理成为项目管理的重点内容。
在这样的背景下,本文对EPC总承包模式的风险管理过程及风险管理方法进行了系统研究。本文对风险管理过程中的风险识别方法与步骤,风险规避和防范进行重点研究,分阶段对EPC项目风险进行分析并给出风险应对措施。

Abstract
The EPC general contract mode is in recent years more popular in the international engineering general contracting mode, in a large device or process as the main core technology to the field of industrial construction, EPC general contract mode has been widely used. In EPC mode, the general contractor engineering contracting scope, project tendering and the uncertainty of the increase, the contractor and the owner signed the fixed time limit and the total price of general contract and tend to the EPC contract will may produce the vast majority of risks in the construction process is assigned to the contractor. So the general contractor's risk management es the main content of project management.
Against this background, this paper EPC general contracting mode in the risk management process and risk management method system research. In this paper, the risk management in the process of risk identification methods and steps, risk avoidance and prevention focus, phases of EPC project risk analysis and risk response is given.
