TiO2/共轭高分子纳米复合材料的制备及光催化性能研究

摘要以聚氯乙烯和四氯化钛为原料, 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了复合光催化剂前驱体, 经适当热处理后得到了 TiO2/
共轭高分子纳米复合光催化剂材料, 并用TEM, XRD, FTIR, ESR和 UV-Vis 等技术对复合材料进行了表征。结果表明, 复
合材料平均粒径约 30 nm, 其中 TiO2 的结构为锐钛矿型, CP 为具有活性基团和不同长度共轭链的高分子, 且与 TiO2 之间
存在相互作用。CP 与 TiO2 的复合, 拓宽了TiO2 的光谱响应范围, 使其能吸收紫外-可见区的全程光波(λ=190~800 nm),
而且对光生电荷具有很高的分离能力, 从而使材料表现出较高的催化活性。在自然光作用下, 该复合材料能在 15 min 内
使亚甲基蓝的降解率接近 80%, 催化活性优于纯的 TiO2 和 PVC 直接热处理产物。

Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of nanometer TiO2/Conjugated plex

Abstract Precursor plex materials was synthesized by sol-gel method from the TiCl4 and PVC. The nanometer
TiO2/conjugated polymer (TiO2/CP) complex photocatalyst was prepared by calcinating the precursor at appropriate temperature.
TEM, XRD, FTIR, ESR, UV-Vis were used to characterize plex photocatalyst and its photocatalytic activity for the
degradation of dye methylene blue (MB) was studied. The results showed that the average size plex photocatalyst was
about 30 nm. The crystalline structure of TiO2 in plex nanomaterials was anatase form. CP was a conjugated polymer with
