高长径比碳酸钙晶须的制备研究

摘要:采用间歇鼓泡碳化法制备碳酸钙晶须,考察了碳化反应温度、灰乳相对密度、添加剂用量、搅拌转速等因素
对碳酸钙粒子的最大晶须长度及长径比的影响。结果表明,在碳化反应温度为 70 ~ 80 C 、灰乳相对密度<1. 03、
搅拌转速为 200 ~ 400 r / min 及添加剂浓度(质量分数)为 0. 4% ~ 0. 6% 的条件下,可以合成出晶须长度为 50 ~ 80
!m、长径比为 40 ~ 50 的碳酸钙产品。
