通过磁化焙烧-磁选-酸浸从粗铌精矿中富集铌的试验研究
摘要
铌是一种重要的战略资源,在诸多工业领域均有其重要应用。我国铌资源总量十分丰富,白云鄂博矿中铌储量占我国铌储量的95%,但是铌的嵌布粒度细、品位低、含铌矿物种类多等原因造成了白云鄂博矿中铌资源综合利用至今尚未实现工业化。本文在前人工作的基础上,进行了“还原焙烧—磁选—酸浸”工艺从粗铌精矿中富集铌的试验研究。以活性炭为还原剂进行了还原焙烧,用磁选管进行磁选,考察了还原温度、还原时间和磁选激磁电流对铁精矿指标的影响。结果表明,在750℃还原45min,粗铌精矿中绝大部分赤铁矿被还原为磁铁矿,还原度接近理论值。,得到最佳精矿指标:%,%。经磁选,%的铌留在尾矿中,%。尾矿用盐酸进行酸浸,绝大部分铌矿物留在浸渣中,%,,%。

The experimental research of the extraction of Nb from coarse niobium concentrates by ized roasting - ic separation - acid leaching
Abstract
Niobium is an important strategic resources and it has important application in many industry fields. Niobium reserve in Baiyunebo mine is over 95% of the total amount of China. But the fine disseminated extent ,low grade ,a variety of niobium mineral cause Baiyunebo ore prehensive utilization has yet to realize indust- realization. Based on the basis of previous work ,the experimental research of the extraction of Nb from coarse niobium concentrates by ized roasting - ic separation - acid leaching is done .At first ,the ore are ized roasting with C ,then separated by ic tube. The effects of reduction temperature, time and excitation current is inspected. The results showed that the reductive degree to the theoretical value as most hematite was reduced to ite for 45min at 750℃. When the excitation current , the maximum extraction of iron (β=%,γ=%) was achieved. After separate, % of niobium stay tailings and contains % Nb2O5. With hydrochloric acid leaching tailings on most of niobium minerals stay leaching residue which % Nb2O5. The Nb2O5 content in the residue is times of that in the original iron ore, γ=%.
