【内容提要】洪武时期多次作出祭祖方面的规定,《大明集礼》的规定具有仿照《家礼》和国家礼制象征的性质,《家礼》、《教民榜文》和胡秉中的主张在社会上更为流行,政府祭祖礼制的特点是认同朱熹《家礼》,这也反映了《家礼》被社会认同的现实。明代宗祠的建设与发展,是以《家礼》的普及和士大夫的推动为背景的。“议大礼”的推恩令导致的嘉靖十五年家庙及祭祖制度的改革,特别是允许庶民祭祀始祖,更在客观上为宗祠的普及提供了契机,强化了宗祠的普及。
