纳米钨粉和超细钨粉的粒度分布表征

摘要:采用 X 射线小角散射法测试了纳米钨粉和超细钨粉的粒度分布。结果表明,采用 X
射线小角散射法测试出的纳米钨粉和超细钨粉的粒度分布与透射电镜观察和比表面法测试结
果吻合,能较为准确地表征纳米钨粉和超细钨粉的一次颗粒的粒度分布。但为了得到可信的
结果,X 射线衍射仪的最小可测试角必须根据实际情况进行选择。

Abstract :Small2a ngle X2ray scatte ring (SAXS) was used to characte rize the particle size distri2
bution of nano2tungste n powder s and ultra2fine tungsten powder s1By the co mparison with
TEM observation and B ET met hod ,SAXS was prove d to be a reliable method to cha racterize
the primary particle size distribution of bot h na no2tungsten powder s and ultra2fine tungste n
powders1 However ,suitable minimum measuring angle of x2ray diff ration should be deter2
mined to obtain relia ble size distribution of nano2tungsten and ultra2fine tungsten powders1
