摘要
团队是组织的基本构成单位,团队绩效与组织绩效息息相关,团队绩效则直接取决于团队凝聚力的大小。团队,这个新时期的时尚名词,开始被越来越多的人重视和研究,强大的团队凝聚力可以创造良好的合作氛围,提高整体绩效。国内外学者对团队凝聚力的研究成果颇丰,但在足球这一特定的团队领域,还有许多团队问题值得研究。
本文总体分为四个部分,首先阐述团队凝聚力的相关理论,其次通过这些理论对中国足球团队凝聚力现状和影响中国足球团队凝聚力水平的相关因素进行分析,最后根据相关资料以及专家、球员、教练等观点看法,结合团队凝聚力理论综述和中国足球出现的团队问题,提出了增强中国足球团队凝聚力的一些观点。
本文分别从管理者、教练员、球员和影响足球团队的外部环境等方面入手,查阅大量文献、专家观点和新闻资料,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、图表法等方法,对影响中国足球团队凝聚力的因素、团队组织目标、团队绩效进行分析。本研究针对中国足球的团队构成对团队凝聚力的影响、团队凝聚力对组织绩效的影响进行分析,深入探讨了团队凝聚力的维度、团队构成各变量对团队凝聚力各维度的影响,总结出个人结论和建议。

Abstract
The team is the basic unit anization, team performance anization performance are closely related, team performance is directly depends on the size of team cohesion. Team, this new era of fashion terms, has been more and more people into deep discussion, a strong team cohesion can create a good atmosphere of cooperation, improve the overall performance. Domestic and foreign scholars on the group cohesion of the research results, but from the football team there are many problems worth study domain analysis.
The paper is divided into four parts, first on team cohesion theory, followed by the theory on Chinese football team cohesion situation and influence of Chinese football team cohesion level analysis of relevant factors, according to the relevant information and expert players, coaches, and other point of view, combining the theory and Chinese football issues put forward some change the present situation of Chinese er method.
