【内容摘要】依靠大量加工贸易起家的广东民营企业,面对当前产品生命周期快速
缩短,国内外市场的激烈竞争的严峻挑战,要保持其经济的持续增长,必须通过引进消化吸
收再创新提高企业技术水平和竞争力。文章结合广东民营企业的现状,阐述了引进消化吸收
再创新是其发展的一个有效途径、必然选择,归纳总结了企业引进消化吸收再创新的基本经
验和模式,并针对当前存在的六个问题,提出改善的七个对策。

清晰,理论联系实际,文字比较通顺。如果在深度上再挖掘会更好。

【Abstract】 Guangdong private enterprises, developed from the massive processing trade,
are currently facing the fast shortening product life cycle and the serious challenge of the fierce
competition in market share both domestic and foreign. To keep sustainable economic growth in
such a situation, they must raise their technological level and petitiveness by
so-called introduction, absorption and re-innovation of technology. Concerning the current
situation of private enterprises in Guangdong, this article gave a detailed discussion about
effective ways and rational choices for achieving these goals. It also summarized the enterprise’s
experiences and patterns gained so far with the introduction, digestion, absorption and
re-innovation, and proposed 7 suggestive resolutions to solve the 6 existing problems.

引言
改革开放以来,广东靠其毗邻港澳的地缘优势和改革开放先行者的政策优势,通过大量
吸引外资和加工贸易,保持了较高的经济增长率。改革开放促进了广东民营企业的快速发展,
民营经济成为广东经济发展的主力军。
当前,经济全球化使世界市场的竞争愈来愈激烈,竞争方式从价格竞争、规模竞争转向
