【摘要】目的: 探讨中国苏南地区汉族人群5脂氧合酶激活蛋白(ALOX5AP)基因SG13S114T/A多态性与急性心肌梗死(AMI)的相关性。方法: 以300例AMI患者(AMI组)和415例非冠心病患者(对照组)作为研究对象,应用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测ALOX5AP基因SG13S114T/A多态性。结果: (1) 与对照组相比,AMI患者TT和AT基因频率均明显升高,且频率分布都有统计学意义(,);T等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(%%,P=)。(2)亚组分析:男性AMI患者的AA,AT,TT基因型和T等位基因频率均无统计学差异,而女性TT基因型与AMI的发生存在相关性(P=)。对多个危险因素行多元Logistic回归分析显示ALOX5AP基因SG13S114T/A AT和TT基因型与AMI的发生密切相关(,)。T等位基因频率具有统计学意义(P=)。AT和TT基因型与男性和女性AMI的发生均存在相关性(,;,),T等位基因与女性AMI的发生也有关联(P=),而T等位基因与男性AMI的发生无相关性(P=)。结论: 在中国苏南地区汉族人群中,ALOX5AP基因SG13S114T/A TT和AT基因型可能是苏南地区汉族人群AM

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the association between 5lipoxygenase activating protein(ALOX5AP)gene SG13S114T/A polymorphism and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in the Chinese Han population of Sunan region. Methods: All of 300 patients with AMI and 415 control subjects free from coronary artery disease were recruited into the study. The ALOX5AP SG13S114T/A polymorphism gene was determined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis(PCRRFLP). Results: (1) Compared with the control group, there was statistical difference of the frequencies of TT and AT genotype in the AMI group (P value was and respectively); the frequencies of T allele was not significantly different(%vs %,P=).
