旋光度法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的含量
【摘要】目的用旋光度法替代酸碱滴定法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的含量。方法分别用旋光度法与酸碱滴定法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的含量,并将其结果进行比较。%~%(g/ml)浓度之间线性关系良好(r=),平均回收率(n = 9)%,RSD =%;与酸碱滴定法所测得样品结果经统计学检验,差异无显著性。结论旋光度法简便、快速、准确,可用于盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的含量测定。
