摘要
财务报表分析是对财务报表数据的利用和再加工,是以资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表等核算资料为依据,采取比较分析法、比率分析法、趋势分析法、杜邦分析法等一系列专门的技术和方法,对公司的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力等所进行的分析活动。财务报表分析的结果为公司的经营决策者、债权人、投资人以及政府经济管理机构等财务分析主体,提供了解公司的过去,评价公司的现状,预测公司的未来的信息和依据。财务报表分析是公司生产经营管理活动的重要组成部分,对公司进行财务报表分析能更好的了解公司的状况,做出正确的管理决策。
本文主要对安徽神剑新材料股份有限公司2007~2009年的财务报表进行分析,发现其偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力等方面存在的问题,并深入分析相关问题的形成原因,据此为该公司提出相应的经营改进建议。

Abstract
The analysis of financial statements is to use and reprocess the data of financial statements .It is based on the accounting data including the balance sheet, e statement and statement of stockholders’ equity, the statement of cash flows and so on, it parative analysis method, ratio analysis method ,trend analysis method, Du Pont analysis method etc. as a series of special technologies and methods to analysis the Solvency, profitability and operating capabilities of enterprise. The results of the analysis of financial statements provides understanding of business in the past, evaluate the status panies, forecast the future of enterprise information and basis for the enterprise business decision makers, creditors, investors and the government's economic management institutions. Financial Statement Analysis is an important part of enterprise production and management activities. To analysis the financial statements of the enterprise can be better understanding the state of the business and to make correct management decisions.
In this paper, the Author analysis the financial statements of Anhui Shenjian New Materials Co., Ltd. in 2007 to 2009, and to give some business improvement suggestions for it depending the results of the analysis.
