摘要
随着工业的发展,工业产品的品种和数量不断增加。换型不断加快,使模具的需要补断增加。而对模具的质量要求越来越高。模具技术在国民经济中的作用越来越显得更为重要。
该设计从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具的零件结构:浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、侧抽机构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。通过整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。根据题目设计的主要任务是端盖注射模和压缩模模具的设计,也就是设计一副注射模具来生产塑件产品,以实现自动化提高产量。

ABSTRACT

The topics from the molding process, mold structure view, the die casting systems, die forming part of the structure, the side body, roof systems, cooling systems, injection molding machine selection and checking on parameters of a detailed design. By indicating that the stencil design process as a whole to achieve the processing technology for plastic parts required. Main task of design is according to topics of injection pression moulds die design for end cover, which is designing a pair of injection mold for the production of plastic products, automate to increase production.
