摘要:癌症早期诊断和治疗至关重要,与传统单模式纳米材料相比,多功能纳米复合材料能为癌症早期诊
断和治疗提供更精确的多方位信息。基于 Au-Fe3O4 纳米颗粒的新奇结构,本工作报道了一种偶联叶酸和
铕配合物的 Au-Fe3O4 多功能纳米探针。该纳米探针能应用于叶酸受体过度表达癌细胞(如,HeLa 细胞)
的比色/荧光双模式检测和量化癌细胞。该纳米探针对癌细胞的检测限达 100 个,在生物医学研究中能为
癌症早期诊断提供更准确的信息。

Abstract: It is essential for early diagnosis and treatment of cancer cell. Compared with
traditional single-modal nanoparticles, multifunctional nanoparticles can offer more precise and
multiparametric information for the early diagnosis of cancer and better patient management.

Based on the novel structure of Au-Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs), we report folic acid (FA) and
Eu(III) complex-conjugated Au-Fe3O4 NPs for the simultaneous multimodal detection and
counting of cancer cells based on colorimetric/fluorigenic dual-modal detection of cancer cells
with excessive expression folate receptor.
