布洛芬缓释胶囊中布洛芬含量的测量不确定度评估

摘要目的:对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定布洛芬缓释胶囊中布洛芬含量的测量不确定度进行评估。方法:采用
HPLC法测定布洛芬的含量,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源。结果:通过对各变量的分析,计算各变量的不确定度,最
后计算出合成标准不确定度。结论:本方法建立的数学模型合理、可靠。
