摘要:目的:本文研究了氟中毒对雄性小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾等器官组织形态学的影响。
方法:将 20 只 8 周龄昆明小鼠分成对照组、低剂量组(25mg/L NaF)、中剂量组(50mg/L
NaF)、高剂量组(100mg/L NaF),45 天后摘取心、肝、脾、肺、肾等器官固定,应用
HE 染色技术制作组织切片观察其病理变化。结果:氟剂量组心肌细胞排列紊乱,核淡染、
浓缩,横纹间隙变大;肝脏中央静脉扩张,内皮细胞脱落崩解,肝细胞肿胀、空泡变性、浓
缩;脾脏皮髓交界不明显,白髓和红髓中淋巴细胞减少,排列稀疏;肺泡壁上皮细胞不规则
排列,肺泡壁增生,间质水肿;肾脏近曲小管上皮细胞肿胀、扩张、空泡变性,肾小管管腔
变窄,肾小体囊腔面积增大,上皮细胞崩解。结论:随着氟剂量的增加,各脏器存在不同程
度的病理变化。

Abstract: In this paper, the objective is to study the effect of fluoride on morphological changes of
heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney in male mice. 8-week-old healthy Kunming mice were divided
into four groups, including control group, low dose group (25mg/L NaF), middle dose group (50mg/L
NaF), and high dose group (100mg/L NaF). After 45 days exposure, all mice were sacrificed by
cervical dislocation and heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney were collected, fixed and HE stained.
Compared with the control group, myocardial cells presented disordered arrangement, lightly s
