摘要
2009 年 10 月,中国创业板正式推出,这为研究创业企业的成长提供了新的契机,本
文就是受到了中国创业板推出的启发,决定选用创业板上市公司作为研究素材来进行创业
企业成长关键影响因素的研究。研究的目的是为了寻找促进创业企业成长的关键影响因素,
并对加强其影响力提出相应的对策和建议,力求能为创业企业的成长提供一些借鉴。目前,
国内外众多学者对于企业成长的研究主要是集中在宏观方面,且理论研究多于实证分析。
研究创业企业成长的文章就更加不多了,而且也是集中在理论研究,实证研究较少,且大
多不够深入。本文在借鉴国内外企业成长理论和结合创业企业的特点的基础上,从技术、财
务、资源、规模、管理和市场六个维度进行探索,找出了技术创新能力、企业融资能力等
十一个影响因素。在对变量进行指标设计和数据收集之后,运用 进行了因子分析、
相关分析和回归分析。分析结果表明,十一个影响因素通过因子旋转,一共提取出了七个
主因素。运用相关分析得出了这些主因素在不同行业中的相关性不同,为企业成长提供了
启示。回归分析则建立了预测创业企业成长性的回归方程。在实证分析之后,本文还进行
了案例分析,通过具体的案例研究,验证了实证分析的结果,证明本文的研究成果具有实
际意义和借鉴价值。文章最后提出了有侧重的加强关键因素的影响力和加强关键因素的交
互影响力等对策建议。

ABSTRACT
In October 2009, China officially launches the GEM(Growth Entrepreneurs Market ),
which provides a new opportunity for the growth of newly pany. Taking this chance,
I decide to use the GEM panies to conduct a research on the key factors which improve
pany’s growth. The purpose of this paper is to find some useful suggestions, which can be
used by pany . At present, many scholars at home and abroad in the research of business
growth are focused on the macro level and theoretical studies.
Study is designed to find the key factors of business growth, and then to strengthen their
influence by putting forward suggestions so as to provide a reference for the newly founded
company. Based on the six dimensions of technical, financial, resources, scale, management and
marketing, I list eleven key factors such as the ability of technological innovation, corporate
finance capabilities and so on. After putting forward Key factors, this article then uses spss
software to analyze the correlation between these factors and business growth level. Statistical
analysis shows that seven main factors are found related to the growth of enterprises, and this
article seeks for the relation
