摘要
本课题是关于以重油为原料年产8万吨氨液氮洗脱一氧化碳工段初步设计。液氮洗工艺对于脱除原料气中的杂质有相当高的效率,尤其适用于以重油和煤为原料的合成氨工业。当今时代,石油业日趋强盛,并且将长期处于主导地位。故而液氮洗也将在未来合成氨产业中占据重要地位。本说明书的内容包括应用液氮洗工艺的工厂厂址的选择、生产规模和生产制度的制定;
液氮洗的重要意义、在合成氨工业中的地位;我国未来液氮洗工艺的走势、国内外研究现状和发展趋势;课题设计依据、液氮洗工艺流程、规模、生产制度、物料衡算、热量衡算和设备计算,以及对设备和设备内部结构的选型。
最后综合各方面因素对车间各个设备的布置做了详细的安排,并绘制相关图纸。最终完成约20000字的设计说明书,并附以液氮洗工艺流程图、氮洗塔设备图和车间坪里面布置图。

Abstract
This issue is on an annual output of heavy oil as raw materials 80,000 tons of ammonia nitrogen monoxide-eluted preliminary design section. Liquid nitrogen washing process for the removal of impurities in feed gas has a very high efficiency, in particular, applicable to heavy oil and coal as raw materials of synthetic ammonia industry. The contemporary era, the increasingly powerful oil industry and a dominant position will be a long time. Therefore, washing liquid nitrogen ammonia in the future will also occupy an important place in industry. The contents of this brochure including the application of liquid nitrogen wash process of the plant site selection, scale of production and the development of production systems;the importance of washing liquid nitrogen in the ammonia industry status; China's future trend of liquid nitrogen wash process, both at home and abroad Research and development trends; subject design based on liquid nitrogen wash process, scale, production systems, material balance, heat balance calculation and equipment, as well as the internal structure of devices and equipment selection. Taking all factors as the last of the various workshop equipment layout arrangement in detail and draw the relevant drawings. 20000 final word about the design specification, together with a liquid nitrogen wash process map, nitrogen wash tower plans and workshop equipment layout inside Ping.
