摘要

随着经济和社会的发展,尤其是信息经济时代的来临,信息在命令的执行
和决策的制定过程中发挥了越来越关键的作用。因此,如何通过有效的沟通促
进信息的交流逐渐引起了企业管理研究专家和企业管理人士的重视,以管理沟
通为课题的研究取得了突破性的进展。国外的研究证明,提高组织的沟通能力,
能增加员工满意度及组织承诺,直接提高企业的生产力,从而使企业获得较高
的绩效水平和竞争能力。
然而,目前对管理沟通的研究主要集中在沟通方式和沟通类型上,缺少系
统的阐释沟通机制构建的方法。本文采用理论与案例相结合的方法,选取企业
结构变革为背景,通过综述前人相关研究形成理论框架,分析在结构变革期间
如何构建沟通机制,以及沟通机制如何发挥作用以协调内外部复杂变动的各个
要素,从而保障变革的顺利进行。
笔者以福建大华集团有限公司结构变革管理实践为案例,通过剖析其在沟
通机制方面的突破和不足之处,探求应对措施及改进意见。研究表明,基于沟
通机制构建方法和意义的探索对于那些长期以来忽视沟通作用的中国企业来
说,更具有理论指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract

With the development of economy and society, especially stepping into the era of
information economy, information plays a more and more critical role in the order
execution and decision making process. So, a great deal of attention has been paid by
researchers and managers on the issue that how to take use of effective
communication in order to facilitate information exchange; researches on the field of
munication have got a lot of breakthroughs. Various studies at
abroad proved that the uplift of anization’petence would
promote the employees’ satisfaction and mitment to anization,
which would improve the productive capacities of enterprise directly, and then
would help to reach relatively high level of business performance.

However, until now, researches on munication have focused on the
modes and categories munication, and neglected to expound the method of
the construction munication mechanism. This paper will use theoretical
method and also case analysis; choose structural changes as the background and
predecessors’ related documents as theoretical basis; then try to analyze how to
munication mechanism and how the mechanism helps to guarantee the
smooth going of structural changes by coordinating all plicated and dynamic
elements inside and outside pany.
